Confirmation Requirements & Important Dates

Journal Completion

Each student will be required to complete a New Testament Journal throughout the course of the Confirmation year. Parents are encouraged to work through these alongside their students.

Sermon Notes (8)

Each student should complete eight sermon notes and have them signed by the pastor who taught the sermon.

To stay on track, we encourage students to have 4 sermon notes turned in before January 1^st.

All sermon notes can be turned into Danny King throughout the week, or during the monthly “check in”.

Online Activity

Throughout the year, we will be implementing a Facebook group for discussion, Q&A with pastors, online article readings, etc. This site can also help students to dig deeper on their own.

Retreat Dates:

November 19^th (9:00am-3:00pm)

January 28^th (9:00am-3:00pm)

March 31^st (9:00am-3:00pm)

April 27^th-April 28^th (Begins at 5pm on the 27^th, ends at noon on the 28^th)
