Youth Ministry

As a ministry of the broader RC community aiming to create wholehearted followers of Jesus, our youth ministry aims to EXEMPLIFY, ENTRUST and EMPOWER.

EXEMPLIFY We want our students to see the fruit of being a member of the body of Christ. As they grow in their understanding of owning their faith journey, we want to surround them with adults who exemplify what it means to be a wholehearted follower of Christ.

ENTRUST We recognize that while RC will always be a spiritual home for our students, they will one day graduate from our programming and go into life that may take them out of our community. Our hope during their seven years in youth ministry is to entrust our students with their spiritual formation, equipping them to take responsibility for their spiritual formation.

EMPOWER Our last goal is to empower our students to become stronger and more confident in their faith. We want them to know they are an integral part of our church community. As they have seen faith exemplified in action and been entrusted with their faith development, we strive to give them opportunity to discover and use their gifts within our congregation.
